1. Operator and agreement

NextGenTM, Inc., a Delaware corporation, which operates Cultures.app at cultures.app.

These Terms govern your use of this website. By using it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

2. What the website offers

Cultures.app is AI education and entertainment beyond sports, in early access. Today the website offers information about Cultures and Dr. Sujith Ravindran's hub at /dr-sujith: Talk to Sujith AI, book previews, the Peak Performance ebook for purchase, daily wisdom videos, a seven-day program, guided practices and audio in his licensed AI voice, a research and framework section with a sandbox review, a pilot sign-up, feedback and inquiry forms. Early-access requests for Cultures are made at https://super.global/contact. Features marked in development are not promises of availability or particular results.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this website. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to agree to these Terms on its behalf.

4. Accounts

Signing in uses your Super Athlete account: Cultures.app and Super Athlete share one account service operated by NextGenTM, Inc., so the same sign-in and the same AI Token balance work on both sites. Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us at once about unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend access that breaches these Terms or puts others at risk.

5. AI Tokens

Some features, such as further Talk to Sujith AI questions after any free introduction, licensed-voice replies and the sandbox review, use AI Tokens from your shared wallet. The number of tokens is shown before you use a feature. Tokens are reserved when a request starts, taken only when it completes, and released if it fails. AI Tokens are a usage credit, not money or property, and cannot be exchanged for cash except where law requires. Purchases and balances of AI Tokens are handled through your Super Athlete account under its terms.

6. Purchases

The Peak Performance ebook is sold for the price shown at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store your full card details. After a completed payment, your account gets access to download the ebook from the books page. A refunded payment removes that access. The ebook is for your personal use; do not share, resell or publish it. Statutory consumer rights, including any withdrawal rights that apply to digital content, remain unaffected. For billing errors or refund requests, email support@nextgentm.com.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use the website unlawfully, interfere with its operation, bypass security or limits, introduce malicious code, or infringe another person's rights. Do not use materials from the website to impersonate anyone, create deceptive AI content, or reproduce a person's voice or teachings without permission. Do not try to extract the private source texts behind Talk to Sujith AI. Automated access must not disrupt the website or evade access restrictions.

8. AI-generated content and licensed material

Talk to Sujith AI answers, licensed-voice audio, sandbox reviews and other AI-generated material are labelled as AI. They are generated from Dr. Sujith Ravindran's licensed sources but are not personally written or approved by him. AI can be wrong, incomplete or misleading; verify important information independently. Content is for general information, reflection and education, not medical, mental-health, legal, financial or other professional advice, and is not a substitute for a qualified professional. The sandbox review is an illustrative preview, not an operational safety control.

Voices and teachings presented as licensed are used with the consent of, and attributed to, the people who licensed them. A license to us does not grant you permission to clone a voice, redistribute teachings, or suggest a person's endorsement.

9. Intellectual property

We and our licensors retain rights in website content, software, names, logos and licensed materials. You may view the website and use it for personal, lawful purposes. Except as permitted by law or written permission, do not copy, distribute, modify or commercially exploit protected materials. Rights in licensed voices and teachings remain subject to the relevant licenses; we do not claim ownership of the people or their identities.

Send copyright concerns or AI-misuse complaints to legal@nextgentm.com, with the material's location, a description of your concern and your contact details.

10. Third-party links and services

Links to family websites, press articles and other destinations lead to separate websites. Their terms and privacy notices govern your use of them. A link is not a guarantee of accuracy, availability or safety. Information submitted on super.global or superathlete.ai is handled under those websites' policies. Stripe's terms apply to payments it processes.

11. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided as available and without warranties of accuracy, uninterrupted access, suitability for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We may change or withdraw website content and features. Nothing here excludes a warranty or consumer right that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, NextGenTM, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive losses, including lost profits or lost data, arising from use of this website. This limitation does not exclude liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Your mandatory statutory and consumer rights remain unaffected.

13. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify NextGenTM, Inc. against third-party claims and reasonable related costs caused by your unlawful use of the website or infringement of another person's rights. This does not require a consumer to indemnify us where mandatory law prohibits it, or for losses caused by our own conduct.

14. Changes

We may revise these Terms as the website changes. Revised Terms will appear here with an updated date and apply prospectively. Where law requires additional notice or consent, we will provide it. Review the Terms when you use the website.

15. Governing law and courts

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States, with disputes heard in the courts in Delaware. If you are a consumer, this does not remove protections your home country's law makes mandatory or prevent you from using courts that mandatory law entitles you to use.
