Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 8, 2026

1. Who we are

NextGenTM, Inc., a Delaware corporation, which operates Cultures.app at cultures.app.

NextGenTM, Inc. is responsible for the processing described in this Policy. For privacy requests, data rights, cookie questions or grievances, including grievances under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, email privacy@nextgentm.com.

Mail: 831 N Tatnall Street, Suite M #275, Wilmington, DE 19801, United States.

2. What we process

Visits: ordinary connection information, including your IP address and request headers, reaches our hosting service so it can deliver the website. Pages request Fraunces and Source Sans 3 fonts from Google Fonts, which sends ordinary connection information to Google.

Account: signing in uses the account service shared with Super Athlete. It processes your email address, sign-in method, account identifier and, if you use Google sign-in, the name and picture Google provides. Server-side admin pages check a verified email address.

AI Tokens: when you use a paid feature we record the reservation, the tokens taken or released, the feature used and the time in your shared wallet.

Talk to Sujith AI: your question and selected scope are sent to our AI gateway to produce an answer, with provider storage turned off for that request. For signed-in users we keep the question, the answer, the cited source labels, the tokens spent and the time, so we can operate and improve the service and handle disputes.

Sandbox review: the action you describe is sent to the AI gateway in the same way, and we keep the review and its result with your account identifier.

Voice: text to be read in Dr. Sujith's licensed AI voice is sent to a voice provider (ElevenLabs or Fish Audio) to create the audio. We do not record your microphone for voice replies; if you use the microphone button, your browser's own speech recognition turns speech into text.

Purchases: when you buy the Peak Performance ebook, Stripe processes your payment and card details. We receive and keep the checkout and payment identifiers, your account identifier and email, the amount, currency and status, and any refund, so we can give and remove download access.

Inquiries, book updates, pilot sign-ups and feedback: we keep what you enter (such as name, email, organization, role, offering, message, ratings and comments), your contact and marketing choices, the page you sent it from and a one-way hash of your IP address to limit abuse. Marketing consent is optional, unchecked by default, and no automatic messages are sent.

Anonymous usage counts: only if you allow Analytics in the cookie banner and also switch on usage counts in the pilot section, we record events such as an activation, a practice completion or an audio play, with a random session identifier. These never include your questions or reflections.

Email: if you email us, we receive your address and message so we can respond. Please do not send unnecessary sensitive information.

3. Purposes and legal bases for EU and UK visitors

We use connection information to deliver the website and keep it secure (legitimate interests). We process account, wallet, question, review, voice and purchase information to provide the features you request (performance of a contract). We process inquiries, pilot sign-ups and feedback to respond and run the pilot (legitimate interests, or steps you ask us to take before a contract). Marketing contact and anonymous usage counts rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. We keep payment and correspondence records to meet legal obligations and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

4. Sharing

Service providers process information for us in these categories: website hosting and database, font delivery (Google Fonts), the shared account and AI Token service operated by NextGenTM, Inc. for Super Athlete and Cultures.app, payments (Stripe), AI answers and reviews through our AI gateway, and voice audio (ElevenLabs, Fish Audio). We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

We do not sell personal data or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not use advertising pixels.

5. International transfers

We and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

6. Retention

We keep account, wallet, question, review and purchase records while your account is active and as long as needed for disputes, refunds, tax and legal obligations. Inquiries, pilot sign-ups and feedback are kept as long as needed to respond and run the pilot. Anonymous usage counts are kept in aggregate form. Cookie choices last 12 months. Browser-stored items are kept on your device until they expire or you clear them.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, to data portability, to withdraw consent and to complain to a data protection authority. California residents have rights to know, delete and correct, and not to be discriminated against. Email privacy@nextgentm.com; we may need to verify your identity.

8. Cookies and browser storage

The website uses browser storage, not cookies, and lists every item in the Cookie Policy. Optional Analytics stays off until you opt in, and Global Privacy Control is honoured. Change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" in the footer.

9. Children

The website is for adults aged 18 or older. Parenting content is for adults; we do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Security

We use access controls, encrypted connections and server-only handling of private sources and payment events. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

11. Changes

We may update this Policy as the website changes. The updated version will appear here with a new date.
